The Zen Bus is returning to Castlehaven on  Thursday 31st July. Pop down to our Community Association from 12 – 4 pm to hop aboard the big yellow bus and enjoy an afternoon of free wellness activities hosted by the Healthy Minds Community Programme and The Zen Project. Check out the schedule below👇
