Our Environmental Project
We offer a wide range of nature-based activities to help people get outdoors and inspire a love for plants, wildlife, and connect with nature.
Our dedicated Environmental Team and volunteers maintain our Community Park (the largest green space in Camden Town), our Horticulture Hub, and Wellbeing Garden where we deliver our community gardening, conservation, and well-being sessions.

Environmental Sessions
Our sessions are fun, low-pressure and a great way to meet new people, stay active, connect with nature and learn more about gardening. Whether you’re super fit, have limited mobility, or new to gardening, we can adapt our sessions to suit you.

Volunteering
Love green spaces? Join our Environmental Programme and help support your local community and environment.
We offer flexible volunteering opportunities in park maintenance, food growing, gardening, and more.

Community Growers
Become a member and join us for weekly sessions to grow organic food and build fertile compost in our Edible Garden.
Learn permaculture skills, share ideas, harvest crops and connect with like minded people.

Garden Wellbeing
We support people to improve their health and wellbeing through gardening and nature.
Our weekly Garden Wellbeing sessions with Thrive Garden Battersea offer an accessible, low-pressure way to connect with nature.

Urban Nature School
Aged 18–40? Get hands-on with conservation, learn new skills and make a difference.
Join us on the last Sunday of every month to build habitats, maintain wildflower meadows and monitor biodiversity.

Meet Our Enviromental Team
Our expert team and Community Gardener volunteers work hard to ensure our green spaces are well maintained, clean and safe with improved plant and wildlife habitats. They also plan and deliver our programme of gardening and nature-themed sessions. Between them, they have a wealth of experience in horticulture, therapeutic gardening, food growing and caring for the environment.
