    Endometriosis Support Sessions:

    Date: Wednesday 17th January
    Time: 10:00 – 11.30 am
    Location: The Living Centre, NW1 1DF

    We are delighted to partner with Healthwatch Camden to offer monthly support sessions for women experiencing Endometriosis. These sessions provide a safe space to share experiences, gain support from qualified health professionals, and access supportive services such as massage therapy and exercise sessions. Additionally, travel reimbursement will be offered, and lunch will be provided.

    Menopause Health Talk:

    Date: Wednesday 17th January
    Time: 10:00 – 11.30 am
    Location: Castlehaven, NW1 8RU

    Join us for an informative talk on menopause by a consultant gynaecologist and accredited subspecialist in reproductive medicine from University College London Hospital. Whether you are currently going through the menopause journey or simply interested in learning more about it, this session is for you. Gain valuable insights, ask questions, and find support within a welcoming environment.

    Weight Management Health Talk

    Start the New Year off right by attending our weight management health talk. Explore the topics of good nutrition and healthy living and discover more about our FREE 12-week Weight Management course in collaboration with More Life. Each session will cover various aspects of weight management, such as nutrition, portion sizes, understanding the importance of sleep, and managing triggers like stress. With support from weight management practitioners, you will develop effective strategies to make healthier choices and cope with setbacks.
