Meet David, the newest member of the Castlehaven Team. David used to work as a Conference Services Manager at Goldman Sachs before joining Castlehaven at the end of 2023 to manage our Events & Facilities.
David has been really inspired by the services and programmes we provide. When asked what he enjoyed most working for Castlehaven, he said: “Definitely the people. The staff team, the board, the members, and the volunteers are full of wonderful and interesting characters.”
David is multi-talented. When he’s not busy managing our facilities or hiring out our spaces, you can find him spending quality time with his family, watching sports, playing guitar and songwriting (he once shared a stage with Ed Sheeran & Adele, ooh la la).
You may have even caught his performance in December 2023 at our annual Winter Festival, WinterFest, where he wowed us with his talents and rendition of Britney Spear’s classic, ‘Hit Me Baby One More Time.’ If you didn’t see it, trust us, it was epic!
David is also a keen runner and is running the Brighton Marathon at the beginning of April, with his wife Sarah. It’s his first marathon, and we’re honoured that he has decided to run to raise money for Castlehaven!
