Mindfulness

Start your week positively with our Monday Mindfulness session. Our qualified tutor will guide you through a series of simple mindfulness practices that promote better health and well-being and focus on breathing, the body, and kindness to others and ourselves. Suitable for complete beginners and those with more experience.
