Our experienced tutor will guide you through a course of meditations and movements, teaching you to perform health-promoting exercises. The class focuses on reducing stress and improving balance, posture, and general fitness.
This session is part of our brand new health & well-being project, Health Haven. The project provides free well-being sessions and learning opportunities to Camden residents, creating a social space where adults can connect, grow and learn.
Sessions are free, open to anyone over 18 and will take place in the Castlehaven dance studio. No need to book. Just turn up, or email email@example.com for more information.
