We’re looking for a dedicated and reliable Out of Hours Caretaker to manage our early morning, evening, and weekend bookings.
This role is a zero-hour contract and will involve working under our Events & Facilities Manager. Responsibilities include opening our buildings, spaces, and sports pitches for private hires, setting up equipment and furniture, maintaining cleanliness in all rooms, and providing a welcoming atmosphere by greeting hirers and assisting with any inquiries they may have.
The ideal candidate should be flexible and adaptable, with prior experience in public-facing roles and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They should also have a knowledge of health & safety regulations, experience in manual handling (including the ability to lift and move furniture), and a willingness to work in all weather conditions, and in the evenings.
