Castlehaven Community Association, in partnership with Outsider Music, would like to launch a year-long creative music programme, but we need your vote to make it happen.

This vital project supports people with mental health challenges through monthly open mics and music therapy sessions, offering a safe, creative space to write, perform, and record their own music.

With your vote, we can secure vital funding through the ‘Local Friends in Gospel Oak’ initiative, part of Acton’s Social Value Fund. This funding will enable us to continue offering these invaluable sessions.

Last year, we ran one-to-one music therapy sessions with Jon Hall, founder of Outsider Music, ending with a showcase featuring all the participants. Here’s what one participant had to say about the experience:

Music therapy with Castlehaven and Outside Music was life-changing. It gave me the courage to face my struggles and find my voice.
