What's On at Castlehaven

Coming up at Castlehaven

Get ready for an exciting month at Castlehaven! April is jam-packed with activities and opportunities for all ages, abilities, and interests. In addition to our regular weekly activities and sessions, we’re thrilled to announce some fantastic new programmes, events and opportunities.

If you’re over 60, participate in our FREE Active for Life taster sessions. From walking football to indoor bowls, these free sessions are part of Camden Council’s 12-week campaign, supporting those over 60 living in Camden to become more active.

We’re also partnering with iCope to launch a Stress Management Course that will equip participants with coping mechanisms and practical tools for managing stress.

Join our community gardening and food-growing sessions every Monday and Wednesday. Get active, connect with nature, and improve your physical and mental well-being. Plus, our Botanical Embroidery sessions with Thea, our Environmental Project assistant, will restart in April. Don’t miss the opportunity to learn basic embroidery stitches and create your own pattern.

Last but not least, we’re hosting a two-week holiday programme for children and young people aged 8-17 in our Community Hub. From Tuesday, April 2nd, to Thursday, April 11th, we’ll be running free activities, including games, football, arts and crafts, and African drumming, plus a delicious lunch (including options for those who are fasting).

Children ages 8-13 are welcome to join us for our morning activities from 11 am – 2 pm. Young people aged 11 – 17 can drop in from 3 – 5 pm to enjoy access to our sports pitch and activities with our qualified youth team.
