In collaboration with The Recovery College, our Environmental Project manager Catherine will be co-delivering four free sessions on plants, nature and well-being.

This course will explore how gardening can be rewarding, build resilience, and improve well-being. Participants will learn gardening tips and skills and will learn how to grow a variety of plants and herbs. Whilst the course will follow a structure, participants will have the opportunity to steer their own learning in a safe and inclusive environment.

Anyone 18+ who lives, works or volunteers in Camden and Islington can access this course but participants are required to enrol with The Recovery College.
