With roots in medicine, philosophy and martial arts, Chi Kung is an exercise like no other. People around the world use Chi Kung as a source of meditation, self-healing and physical exercise. Through slow flowing movement and deep breathing exercises you will learn to calm your body and mind.
We would love for you to come join us in person for a session of calm, gentle excercise. However, as this is not currently possible, we have provided option to join online via Zoom.
All abilities are welcome to this class, including complete beginners.
