Take a mindfull midweek break in the comfort of your own home.
Mindfulness is about learning how to live in the present moment and can bring about many health and wellbeing benefits. Our Ageactivity Outreach Worker, Alison, will guide you through some simple mindfulness practices focusing on the breath, body, and kindness to both others and ourselves. We guarantee you will leave feeling calm and relaxed!
One member has said - "I just finished the zoom Mindfulness class. It was so wonderful. I have not been feeling well for a week but this class really worked for me and helped me concentrate. I feel I recovered so much. Thank you."
All levels welcome including beginners. This session will take place on Zoom.
Sessions are free for members and £3 for non-members
