Projects: Castlehaven Food Bank

Castlehaven Food Bank

Have you lost your job or income and are experiencing hardship as a direct consequence of Covid-19?

We provide healthy food parcels to those directly affected by Covid-19 pandemic. Our food parcels generally contain a selection of fresh fruit & veg, tinned foods, dry goods, and cereals. The amount that is distributed in each parcel is purely dependant on food donations and demand. We do not send out food products that are past their 'Sell By' date and not fit to consume. We do from time to time send out food products that have gone past the 'Best Before' date that has been stored correctly and are still safe to eat. Our food parcels are in no means a full week's worth of shopping, they are to help people get by whilst seeking employment or further help with their current financial situation.

We can refer food bank recipients to other services and charities that may help with issues such as benefits advice, employment, mental health, domestic violence, and donations of toys for children's birthdays.

If you need help please call us on 07776724099 to arrange an emergency food parcel.

You must live in Camden Town with Primrose Hill Ward and priority will go to residents living in the postcode  NW1 8. We have the right to refuse a food parcel.
