FREE ‘After School Cook’n'Eat on a Budget’ course is back

Our free 'After School Cook 'n' Eat on a Budget' course is back in September. So, don't forget to sign up!

Always wanted to know how to cook healthy meals on a budget? With the added joy of learning this with your child/ren whilst gaining skills in cookery, using kitchen equipment and then eating what you have created together?

Well, why not join our Camden Health Kick – 'After School Cook’n’Eat on a Budget' course. Parents, carers and children are welcome to attend this FREE course. All ingredients, equipment and tutor are provided. All you need to do is come along with your child/ren.

The topics covered over six weekly 90 minute sessions are:

Basic cookery skills
What foods are good for me and my child/ren?
Food labels – What do they mean?
How to create easy tasty meals and treats together
Tips on food shopping on a budget (trip to a local supermarket etc.)
Fun cookery games and challenges

Course starts on Wednesday, 6th September – 11th October 2017, from 4pm till 5.30pm for six weeks.
