SUMMARY:Green Prescription Course: Growing Plants For Well-being
DESCRIPTION:In collaboration with The Recovery College ( https://www.candi.nhs.uk/our-services/education-and-employment/recovery-college ), our Environmental Project manager Catherine Graham will be co-delivering four free sessions on plants, nature and well-being.\n\n\nThis course will explore how gardening can be rewarding, build resilience, and improve well-being. Participants will learn gardening tips and skills and will learn how to grow a variety of plants and herbs. Whilst the course will follow a structure, participants will have the opportunity to steer their own learning in a safe and inclusive environment.\n\n\n\nAnyone 18+ who lives, works or volunteers in Camden and Islington can access this course but participants are required to enrol with The Recovery College ( http://www.candi.nhs.uk/recoverycollege ).
