DESCRIPTION:\nEvery Monday lunchtime, we’ll be opening up our community kitchen for men to drop in, relax, play games, and enjoy a delicious bowl of homemade soup and a cuppa. We will occasionally host guest speakers from different organisations who will share their knowledge and insights and take day trips to local sights of interest.\n\n\nThis session is part of our Health Haven ( https://www.castlehaven.org.uk/how-we-can-help/our_programmes/health-haven/ ) and Ageactivity 60+ ( https://www.castlehaven.org.uk/how-we-can-help/our_programmes/over-60s/ ) programme and is an inclusive space for men, including trans men, non-binary people, and anyone who is gender non-conforming—no need to book.
